The Beauty Shake Recipe – Snack Balls packed with protein, fibre and collagen

Great snack you can make ahead of time and take with you anywhere! You’ll be amazed how satisfying they are when the munchies hit!

Packed full of protein, fibre, prebiotics and of course 3,500mg marine collagen!


2 scoops (37.5g)                The Beauty Shake Chocolate

Half a cup                           Dried fruit of your choice (apricots, dates or cranberries)

Half a cup                           Nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts or pistachios)

1 tablespoon                      Chia seeds

1 teaspoon                         Almond or peanut butter

Place the chia seeds in 4 tablespoons of water and allow them to sit for 5 minutes until they form a pudding-like texture.

Add chia seeds together with all the other ingredients into the food processor and process until it becomes firm consistency.

Roll into 12-14 Beauty Balls and keep them in a sealed container in the fridge.
