How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Any orders received on weekends will be despatched the following Monday. Within Australia you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

Damaged goods and returns

The utmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately by emailing us at to discuss your situation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our Returns Policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
