Rachael Finch: ‘I can’t go without my collagen coffee’.

She’s a successful model, fitness entrepreneur and a former Miss Universe Australia.

So, it’s no surprise that Rachael Finch was in fantastic shape.

The 31-year-old flaunted her bikini body as she braved the cold water at Sydney’s Bondi Beach on Tuesday.

The Body By Finch boss was joined by her professional dancer husband Michael Miziner.

The couple looked loved-up and were holding hands as they strolled to the beach together.

Before changing into their swimwear, Rachael wore a pair of loose, nude-coloured shorts, brown sandals and a black long-sleeved top.

Michael was casual and comfortable in grey sweatpants, a black T-shirt, sneakers and a baseball cap.

Rachael and Michael share children Violet, six, and Dominic, two.

The brunette beauty’s bikini-clad outing comes after she revealed her day on a plate in an interview with Daily Mail Australia’s FEMAIL.

The mother-of-two enjoys a smoothie for breakfast, consisting of almond milk, avocado, frozen banana, spinach, a scoop of Kissed Earth Replenish Protein in vanilla or chocolate and nut butter.

‘I also can’t go without my collagen coffee. It’s a black coffee with a scoop of collagen powder, medicinal mushrooms and maca powder blended,’ she said.

For lunch Rachael has been putting together a ‘macro bowl’ which includes eggs, grilled broccoli, kale, brown rice, tomato slices and some avocado on the side.

Dinner is grilled fish and steamed vegetables with roasted baby chat potatoes, with an aim to balance the protein, carbohydrates and fats in her meals.

Rachael complements her diet with an exercise regimen incorporating strength training and cardio.
